Sheila is passionate about her work and finds great joy in helping clients find healing and personal growth through the process of therapy in a safe environment. Outside of therapy, Sheila loves spending time with her family and friends. She has been married to her husband for twenty-five years, and they have three teenage boys. She enjoys working on art, reading, and family movie nights in her spare time.
