Sheila Barnett
LPC-Associate
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oral Roberts University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas, supervised by Amy E Spears, MA, NCC, LPC-S. Additionally, she is a certified Level I Restoration Therapist, providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
Driven by a profound passion for her work, Sheila derives immense satisfaction from assisting her clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth within a safe therapeutic environment. Her primary goal is to help her clients establish a positive self-image and discover a place of serenity, completeness, and security.
Outside of her professional life, Sheila cherishes moments spent with her family and friends. She has been happily married for twenty-five years and is a proud mother of three teenage boys. In her leisure time, she indulges in art projects, reading, and enjoys family movie nights.
Get Started
We serve all age ranges of clientele, 4 and up. Sessions are usually 45-50 minutes but can be scheduled longer if a more intensive approach is preferred by the client.
