A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Amy Spears earned her Bachelors in Social Work in 2002, continuing on to complete her Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Regent University in Virginia in 2016. Amy is a National Certified Counselor and a Level II Restoration Therapist, a highly effective treatment modality for couples, individuals in crisis, or chronic need. Her clientele includes adolescents, young adults, individuals, marriages, and families.
With a passion for seeing individuals, families, and marriages reach their highest potential, Amy has developed a reputation as a dedicated therapist to her client’s well-being. Amy has a positive outlook on life and brings a fun, energetic tone to her therapeutic practice.
Amy’s passions outside of therapy, include cooking, long-distance running, being outdoors, and hanging out with people she loves. Next to her faith, Amy’s number one passion is her family. Married to husband Matt since 2002, the couple has three fabulous children and their dog Mondo.

We serve all age ranges of clientele, 4 and up. Sessions are usually 45-50 minutes but can be scheduled longer if a more intensive approach is preferred by the client.Book an Appointment
