Lauren was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She continued to obtain her Master of Arts degree in Counseling at West Texas A&M University in 2021. Lauren holds licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Lauren is dedicated to serving individuals of all ages by helping them grow emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally. Her therapeutic approach is creative, energetic, and effective as she provides individualized care. Her desire as a therapist is to empower client’s to reach their goals. She is passionate about helping people heal so they can experience a life of freedom.

In addition to working with people, Lauren loves spending time with her family. Her husband, Austin, and her son, Ellis, are the joys of her life. She loves being outside and enjoys making new recipes. She is active in her church and loves spending time with friends. Laughing is among one of her favorite pastimes. She is encouraging and responsive to the needs of individuals, and she brings this positive dynamic into her sessions.
